Qualifications- Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications.
- Review drawings for discrepancies or potential issues and prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) as necessary.
- Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost efficiency and compliance with specifications.
- Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and document control to support project managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
- Maintain detailed records and reports for all ongoing projects.
