Detailed Job Description
- Technical Project Planning & Coordination
Site Survey Management: Coordinate with technicians to ensure site surveys are completed accurately and that technical requirements match the proposed project scope.
Resource Allocation: Monitor the usage of specialized equipment (e.g., fusion splicers, solar testers, ladders) to avoid scheduling conflicts between multiple project sites.- Documentation & Quality Control
Permit Tracking: Secure and track all necessary work permits, gate passes, and safety clearances for residential and commercial project sites.
- Client & Team Liaison
Single Point of Contact: Provide clients with regular project status updates, addressing any technical concerns or scheduling changes immediately.
Qualifications/Requirements
Industry Knowledge: Mandatory background in CCTV and Solar Panel installation. You must understand the difference between NVR/IP systems and be familiar with solar mounting, wiring, and inverter setups.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in creating complex project trackers and resource calendars.MS Word: Ability to draft professional technical reports and business correspondence.
Core Competencies:
Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot logistical or technical delays in real-time.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or site management within the Electrical and Telecommunications sectors.
Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
