Accounting Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at LUXEVANITY TRADING OPC' in Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our growing finance operations and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting processes.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements and reconciliations
• Maintain and update financial records and databases
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and controls

• Relevant accounting qualifications or experience as an Assistant Accountant
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen interest in developing your skills in the accounting field
