Job description

As a QA Team Lead, you have the opportunity to step into a leadership role, drive improvements in our testing processes, and mentor colleagues while ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivery and Initiative
  • Help plan and coordinate testing activities to ensure smooth and timely releases.
  • Work on improving test processes
  • Assist in refining our test automation efforts (no need to be an expert yet, but willingness to learn is key).
  • Be an important part of the reshaping Scripted Testing efforts.
  • Keep an eye on potential risks and suggest practical solutions when issues arise.
  • Ensure our testing aligns with compliance requirements for applied markets.
  1. Communication and Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between QA, development, product and project manager teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to teammates—everyone learns together.
  • Participate in bug related meetings, bringing self expertise and knowledge share.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and help onboard and guide new team members, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Keep stakeholders informed without overcomplicating things—clear and simple updates are best.

  • Apply knowledge of our games, tools, mechanics, processes and QA workflows to ensure high testing standards.
  • Continue learning about test automation, performance testing, and compliance
  • Assist in troubleshooting testing challenges and finding practical solutions.
  • Be a go-to person for questions and problem-solving.
  1. Management
  • Take on a leadership mindset, supporting and guiding the team.
  • Help with task organization and prioritization, ensuring work is manageable.
  • Provide mentorship and encouragement.
  • Track QA progress and suggest improvements.
  • Help uphold QA best practices, making things smoother for everyone.
  • Manage workload distribution, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Professional Requirements:

QA Experience - Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)

Team Lead Experience - At least 1–2 years of experience leading a QA team (task allocation, performance evaluation, and coaching).

Industry Experience - Previous exposure to IGaming industry.
