Job Description

Job Title: Associate Director (145,000 - 150,000)

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the organization's facilities on a daily basis by overseeing maintenance and repairs, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for timely and cost-effective delivery of services; managing facility expansion or renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and effective utilization of resources
• Ensure the effective maintenance and operation of all company facilities, including owned and leased buildings, equipment, utilities, and other physical assets
• Oversee the repairs maintenance, renovations, and all other facility-related projects
• Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and facility operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Oversee project budgets, processes, awards, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.
• Work with the respective site service managers, SMEs and site teams to address specific operational issues
• Manages Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and contracts for soft services consumables and equipment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success

• Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups
• Contract experience & Negotiating skills
• Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
• Experience of office relocations and refurbishments
• Knowledge of Safety and security procedures
