Job Summary
The Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering telecommunications materials, tools, and equipment to support daily operations. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely delivery of materials to field teams, and proper documentation of all logistics transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and issue telecom materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate and deliver materials to project sites and field technicians.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents (Delivery Receipts, Material Requisition Slips, Inventory Reports, etc.).
- Safeguard company tools, vehicles, and other assets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability.
- Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Must have a valid Professional Driver's License and be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle (manual and/or automatic transmission).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite in Naga City.
- Willing to travel and perform field-related logistics duties when needed.
