About the role
DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting our growing organisation and ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services to our valued employees.
What you'll be doing- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
- Provide expert-level advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's overall strategic objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Assist in the design and delivery of engaging employee engagement and well-being initiatives
- Support the HR team in projects and tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organisation
