About the role
Seeking an exceptional Unit Manager to join the thriving team at AXA Philippines' Lingayen Pangasinan branch. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our banking and financial services operations, managing a dynamic team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.This is a full-time position based in Lingayen Pangasinan.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of financial professionals
- Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth and client acquisition
- Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture within your unit
- Analysing performance data and implementing strategies to optimise operations and enhance profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall objectives of the organisation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the local and regional financial services landscape, including products, regulations, and customer trends
- Proven track record of building and leading successful teams, with excellent people management and coaching skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious targets
- Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to implement data-driven solutions to drive operational efficiencies
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required as the minimum education qualification for this position
