Sales Executive

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, applicators, distributors, and end users.
- Promote the company's protective coating products and systems through customer visits and product presentations.
- Provide technical guidance on coating selection and application based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining company profitability.
- Monitor project opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to project completion.
- Coordinate with technical service teams to support product demonstrations, site inspections, and troubleshooting.

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and activity reports using CRM systems.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer seminars.
