Job Description:

Analyzes, evaluates, and improves existing accounting systems and processes.
Leads implementation, testing, and maintenance of ERP/accounting software.
Coordinates with Accounting, IT, and other departments to ensure system requirements are met.
Identifies process gaps and recommends automation and system enhancements.
Ensures accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data within the system.
Performs system reconciliation vs actual accounting records and resolves discrepancies.
Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and data extraction tools.
Conducts user training and provides support for system-related concerns.
Documents workflows, system procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Information System, BSBA Major in Accounting, or related course.
With at least 1–3 years experience in accounting systems, ERP, or process improvement.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles + system flow (AP, AR, Inventory, Payroll).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.
Background in database or reporting tools (Power BI, SQL – basic) is a plus.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling system troubleshooting.
Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
Willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan or Manila.

Experience in manufacturing setup (inventory, costing, production flow) is highly preferred.
