We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in the insurance industry to support backend operations, client coordination, and documentation tasks. What we are looking for:

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting insurance operations (Life, Health, P&C preferred)
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, CRMs, or quoting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working US hours (or other aligned shifts)
