Job Summary:
The General Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative, operational, and customer support to help businesses run efficiently. This role involves managing schedules, emails, data entry, and other support tasks, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle email management and correspondence.
- Perform data entry, research, and file organization.
- Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide basic bookkeeping support (if needed).
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, or vendors as directed.
- Conduct online research and summarize findings.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or support requests.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Zoom, Slack, or CRMs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting international clients.
- Background in customer service, eCommerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a bonus.
