Job Summary:

The General Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative, operational, and customer support to help businesses run efficiently. This role involves managing schedules, emails, data entry, and other support tasks, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle email management and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, research, and file organization.
  • Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Provide basic bookkeeping support (if needed).
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, or vendors as directed.
  • Conduct online research and summarize findings.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or support requests.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Zoom, Slack, or CRMs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting international clients.
  • Background in customer service, eCommerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a bonus.
