Job Description

• Supervise and support staffs.
• Monitor and ensure excellent customer service and client experience at all times.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including cleanliness, supply checks, and equipment readiness.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards specific to salon operations.
• Manage appointment bookings, walk-ins, and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Track and report daily sales, service performance, and inventory usage.
• Maintain proper documentation, including attendance records, incident reports, and branch reports.
• Act as the main point of contact for the head office or area manager for operational concerns.
• Other task and duties may be assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• With experience is an advantage but fresh graduates may apply
• Experienced applicant must have proven experience in staff management, customer service, and daily operations
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic budgeting
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer concerns effectively
• Familiarity with relevant industry tools, systems, or platforms (e.g., POS, My Time, Google Suite)
• Team player with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
