Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, relationship-building, and working closely with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting- Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, online databases, industry directories, and other prospecting channels
- Build and maintain prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, and target market
- Conduct market mapping to identify key decision-makers and influencers
- Monitor buying signals, market trends, and business opportunities
- Attend virtual or in-person events, webinars, and conferences for lead sourcing
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to document prospecting activities and maintain accurate records
- Conduct initial outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Perform discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and timelines
- Qualify leads using established criteria and assess sales readiness
- Coordinate and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead tracking
- Nurture leads that are not yet sales-ready for future opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Participate in pipeline and lead review meetings
- Provide feedback on lead sources and outreach effectiveness
- Prepare lead generation reports as needed
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- At least 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, customer engagement, or research roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with phone-based and online outreach
- Strong research, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and lead sourcing tools
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Customer-focused and proactive mindset
