Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, relationship-building, and working closely with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, online databases, industry directories, and other prospecting channels
  • Build and maintain prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, and target market
  • Conduct market mapping to identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Monitor buying signals, market trends, and business opportunities
  • Attend virtual or in-person events, webinars, and conferences for lead sourcing
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to document prospecting activities and maintain accurate records
Lead Qualification & Engagement
  • Conduct initial outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Perform discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and timelines
  • Qualify leads using established criteria and assess sales readiness
  • Coordinate and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Nurture leads that are not yet sales-ready for future opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Administrative & Other Duties
  • Participate in pipeline and lead review meetings
  • Provide feedback on lead sources and outreach effectiveness
  • Prepare lead generation reports as needed
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, customer engagement, or research roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with phone-based and online outreach
  • Strong research, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
