About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound prospecting and meeting booking with investment professionals. This role focuses on identifying the right stakeholders, initiating outreach (primarily via LinkedIn), and scheduling qualified calls or demo meetings with the founder.
This is not a traditional sales role—your main responsibility is to generate and book meetings, not to close deals or run full sales cycles. You will work closely with the client, who will handle the actual sales conversations.

What you’ll do- Identify and research investment professionals and relevant stakeholders as target prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach primarily via LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Book qualified meetings and demo calls for the client
- Maintain and track outreach activity, responses, and meetings scheduled
- Identify and recommend relevant industry conferences and events for networking opportunities
- Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects
- Collaborate directly with the client to refine outreach messaging and targeting
- Support light CRM or tracking tasks to manage pipeline visibility
- Continuously improve outreach approaches based on response rates and feedback
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, SDR, or similar roles
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
- Strong written English, especially for professional outreach messages
- Ability to research and identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience booking meetings or managing top-of-funnel sales activities
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track outreach and follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating directly with a founder or senior stakeholder
- Willingness to learn about investment or financial services industries
- Exposure to fin-tech, financial services, investment firms, or B2B professional services
- Experience using CRM or outreach tools
- Experience identifying events, conferences, or networking opportunities for business development
