Project Engineer - San Jose del Monte

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to construction schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Regularly visit project sites to oversee construction activities and resolve any issues.
• Coordinate with site engineers to monitor project progress and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage resources and materials effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
