Senior Construction Project Engineer - Electrical - San Jose del Monte - ref. x7041215

Key Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Construction Management and managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering mixed-use land development or building projects with a gross land area of at least 30,000 sqm.
• Prior involvement in large-scale and high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in government project standards and protocols.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities with emphasis on civil and structural works, beginning from excavation.
• Lead coordination and design management, ensuring all electrical systems are integrated and compliant.
• Supervise and conduct QA/QC field inspections, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Oversee contract administration, including documentation, claims, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Apply PMI-based project management principles to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with expatriate stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of QA/QC practices, contract administration, and design review processes.
• Skilled in the integration of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection systems (MEPSF).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for working in a multicultural project environment.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
• Must be open and able to travel regularly to and from the project site.
