Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to lead enterprise CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and hands-on CRM technical leadership. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects and enhancements
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource allocation
  • Drive Agile project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and lead onshore and offshore development teams
  • Ensure successful project execution and quality delivery
CRM Solution Development
  • Design, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications
  • Manage CRM integrations with internal and external systems
  • Recommend scalable and user-focused technical solutions
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to provide CRM consultation
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers
  • Align technology solutions with business objectives
Technical Oversight
  • Oversee CRM architecture, customization, reporting, and integrations
  • Support development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure, and Power Platform
  • Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices
  • Monitor application performance and solution quality

Qualifications:

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Power Automate
  • Canvas Apps
  • Model-Driven Apps
  • Azure technologies
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SOA architecture
  • Proficiency in:
  • C#
  • HTML
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
  • JSON
  • Asynchronous programming
  • Experience with SSRS and CRM reporting solutions
  • Experience integrating CRM with external systems and APIs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
