Job Description for an ESL Teacher/Instructor:
- Teach English language skills to non-native speakers, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes active participation.
Qualifications/Requirements
We are looking for online teachers who are patient, hardworking, enthusiastic, friendly, and with a happy personality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- Computer Savvy
- Experience equivalent to ESL teaching is an advantage but not necessary
- With good communication in English both oral and written
- Has interactive and interpersonal skills for both kids and adults
- At least Senior High Graduates
