We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering effective English lessons to non-native speakers, helping students improve their speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, and writing skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lesson plans that align with students’ language levels and learning objectives
• Conduct engaging classes using interactive and communicative methods
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and evaluations
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students’ varying needs
• Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Maintain records of attendance, performance, and lesson materials
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in training or curriculum development
• Encourage students to use English confidently inside and outside the classroom

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, English, or a related field)
• Teaching experience (preferred but not required for entry-level)
• Passion for teaching and cultural exchange
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (preferred but not required)
