Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, technical designs, and user stories
- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams during the SDLC
- Analyze system integrations, APIs, and data flows between applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation (BRD, FRD, API specs, data mapping)
- Support development teams in clarifying requirements and resolving issues
- Participate in system design discussions and solution architecture reviews
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation
- Perform data analysis and support reporting requirements
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of BRD, FRD, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, or Swagger
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
