About the Role
Ascendion is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst and Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our client's business requirements and our technical solutions.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the strategic growth of our organisation.
What You'll Be Doing- Analyse business requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that address client needs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and technical teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Continuously seek to improve processes and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our clients
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Manager in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, project management principles, and software development life cycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality results
- Proficiency in using project management and business analysis tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in managing projects using an agile approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
