What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our travelers. You will:
  • Assist with post-sales requests: flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Handle special service needs (seat selection, special meals, wheelchair assistance)
  • Advise customers on travel rules, documentation, and restrictions
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Respond to feedback and complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner
  • Work across multiple systems including Sabre, Amadeus (optional), CRM tools, and email

Qualifications/Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry (airlines, OTA, travel agency, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledgeable of Amadeus GDS and other GDS platforms.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
