We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant that can provide utmost customer service by giving immediate responses and feedback from buyer's queries and requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule turnover and acceptance meetings with buyers.
  • Prepare and process turnover documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for buyers during the turn over.
  • Create ticket requests for any complaints or issues.
  • Monitor the status of complaint resolution.
  • Update customers on ticket status and resolutions.
  • Inform and coordinate with the Engineering Handyman.
  • Facilitate quick resolution of technical issues reported by customers.
  • Communicate with property management regarding issues needing their attention.
  • Provide updates on complaint resolutions and ensure smooth operations.
  • And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder / Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service (Real estate customer service experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill
  • Has the ability to multi-task
  • Good Problem-solving Skill
