Role Overview: We are seeking a world-class, full-stack Digital Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to lead and execute our marketing initiatives from end to end. This is not a role for order-takers — we’re after the top 1% of digital marketers who can strategise, innovate, and execute with autonomy and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategy & Leadership- Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set KPIs, track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise ROI.
- Present ideas and plans confidently to founders and key stakeholders.
- Be prepared to lead and mentor additional marketing hires in future as the business scales.
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels.
- Optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel.
- Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
- Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach and impact.
- Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives for visual and written content production as needed.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and especially HubSpot to gather and interpret data.
- Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrable experience managing successful campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills.
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
- Advanced understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- A portfolio or case studies showing tangible results you’ve delivered.
- Confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team in future as part of your career growth.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
