COMPANY NURSE

Role and Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid and emergency care as needed.
• Monitor and record the health conditions of employees.
• Coordinate with hospitals or clinics when referrals are needed.
• Facilitate hospital transfers in case of emergencies.
• Conduct health assessments and wellness activities.
• Maintain and update health records and documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing company health policies.
• Conduct medicine stock inventory checks and requests.
• Educate staff on health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
• Preferably with BLS and First Aid training.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with DOLE and DOH health regulations.
• Proficient in maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Must be detail-oriented and responsive in emergencies.
• Willing to work on-site and in any designated shift.
• Must be available to start within one to two weeks.
