COMPANY NURSE

Job Description

Qualification:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Preferably with OHNAP Membership
• Has excellent interpersonal and analytical Skills
• Proficient in both Oral and written communication
• With a professional demeanor and the ability to think independently.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide employees with basic health care needs.
• Maintain employee health records and reports.
• Assist the company Physician during scheduled visits.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Perform physical assessment and medical assistance such as first aid treatment and emergency procedures.
• Consult and coordinate with HMO to assess and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in cases of hospitalization.
• Improve the existing health & safety programs.
• Promote health programs.
• Facilitates annual APE and pre-employment medical requirements.
• Submit reports as required by DOLE.
• Assist all HR functions and documentation.
• Maintain employee records.
