Business Development Coordinator

Job Description

Business Development Coordinator is the point of reference for the Directors of Business Development by keeping track of their schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information on sales-related reports. He will be working independently and taking ownership of projects while working in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Development Coordinator will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Work Schedule Requirements:

  • Willingness to work a permanent night shift
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, coordinating the transfer of critical documents and communicating relevant information from the Business Development Team and the Management and vice-versa.
  • Prepare summaries for management based on the collated data and reports from the Business Development team, including analysis on findings and probable solutions to identified issues.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements in the process
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Basic Qualifications
  • Graduate of Business or Marketing or Communication related degree. Graduates of BSM Communications Technology Management, Management Engineering, ARTS-BUS, Interdisciplinary Business Studies is an advantage.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and create and interpret reports.
  • A strong command of the American English language, both written and verbal.
  • Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor with at least 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Services (Google Maps)
  • Night shift schedule (9:00PM to 6:00AM Mondays to Fridays)
