JOB SUMMARY / PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plans, leads, organizes, controls and coordinates the effective management and timely solutions to all support and line functions of UCPBS legal concerns; and
- Monitors and litigates cases filed for and against the Bank.
- Must have at least ten (10) years of extensive experience in the litigation of Bank cases to effectively plan, organize and control the management of legal problems, especially the management of cases filed by and against the Bank, the packaging and documentation of loan products, and documentation of contractual intents of the Bank;
- Must have at least ten (10) years of continuous and meritorious lawyer experience in the banking industry;
- Knowledgeable on the chart of Accounts of the universal bank; and
- Working knowledge of the Corporation Code and Securities Regulations Act and the Implementing Rules and Regulations.
- Preferably with 3–4 years of experience as Labor Arbiter or Judiciary/Clerk of Court.
