About the role
The Sales Coordinator role is a key position at LTE CONCRETE SOLUTIONS, INC.' that coordinates and supports the company's sales efforts in the Quezon City Metro Manila area. As a full-time role, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and assisting the sales team to achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation, proposal development, and client presentations
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the heavy duty equipment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
