Field Sales Coordinator (Roving)

About the role

The Field Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team in managing and growing the business within the assigned regions. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customers to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned area.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and distributors.

Field Operations & Coordination:

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, and finance) to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Assist in implementing marketing and sales strategies.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Provide sales reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Customer Relations & Support:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, field coordination, or distribution (FMCG experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel and work independently in the assigned areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
