Project Manager (Project Based under outsourcing)

Job Description:

• Managing, organizing, leading and controlling project site team
• Setting project objectives, policies and procedures for project requirements
• Familiar with vertical construction, proficient in cost estimating, plan review and implementation, quality assurance, performance monitoring ang billing
• Conduct daily site meetings with site engineers, subcontractors and others to discuss the project progress, problems and resolutions
• Responsible for preparation, implementation, completion of various work stages related to construction/installation of assigned project
• Responsible for the review of plans design and specifications from design development up to for construction drawings
• Responsible for the inspection of quality workmanship on the completed of his assigned project and for the supervision of making good defects prior to turnover and acceptance
• Ensures that all construction/installation works are executed in accordance with project specifications, budget, schedule and policies
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety and quality of works

Requirements:

• BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Graduate or Equivalent
• Solid working experience as Project Manager for HVAC works
• With Project and Construction Management Skills and Expertise
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards and procedures
• Willing to be assigned in the project sites
