QA / QC Engineer

We are currently hiring:

QA/QC ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, welding, fabrication, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with construction codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, ASME, BS, IEC).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASNT Level II, AWS CWI (for welding), or API certification are an advantage.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP, or MS Office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish quality control procedures, policies, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM).
• Review project specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify areas for process optimization to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis for defects.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Train workers on quality standards, inspection methods, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HSE).
• Conduct material inspections and verify specifications.
• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT), welding inspections, and concrete testing.
• Oversee third-party inspections and audits.
• Defect Identification & Resolution:
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformance issues.
• Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection logs.
• Prepare and submit quality reports to management and clients.
