Product Development Associate

Job description:

The Product Development Associate plays a cross-functional role, actively contributing across multiple stages of the product development cycle. This position requires adaptability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.

• Marketing: Support product positioning, market research, and launch strategies
• R&D / Quality Assurance: Coordinate product development, testing, and compliance with quality standards
• Procurement / Buying: Source materials and manage supplier relationships
• Regulatory / Legal: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and documentation requirements
• Product Operations: Oversee execution from development to launch and post-launch monitoring

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering, or any related field
• 0–2 years of experience in product development, marketing, sourcing, or related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in product development and end-to-end project execution
• Willingness to learn and gain exposure across multiple functions (Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Regulatory, Operations)
• Good research and analytical skills; able to gather and interpret market and product data
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
