ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the accounts payable function by processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
- Maintain accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Will report onsite in our BGC Taguig office
