- Lead client consultations, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that promote long-term relationships;

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in a sales role, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and draw actionable insights.
