Ticketing and Reservations Officer

Position Overview:

You will play a crucial role in helping our clients book their dream vacations while navigating complex travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and issue airline tickets, rail passes, and other travel-related documents accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with travel inquiries, providing information on fares, schedules, and travel policies.
• Ensure compliance with ticketing rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with travel consultants to manage customer bookings and resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies.
• Handle changes, refunds, and exchanges, providing exceptional support to clients throughout the process.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and fare structures to provide clients with the best options.
• Maintain organized records of ticket sales and transactions in accordance with company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
