Megawide is currently seeking an innovator and results-driven Contracts Administrator to lead the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts — ensuring commercial soundness, compliance, and alignment with company objectives throughout all project stages.
Job Description:
CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
Leads negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve mutually acceptable agreements before signoff.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Oversees the day-to-day administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with provisions, timelines, and cost parameters.
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
Manages and resolves construction claims by coordinating with project teams, analyzing issues, and negotiating equitable settlements.
CONTRACT CLOSEOUT
Facilitates proper contract closeout and dispute resolution, ensuring completion of all obligations and supporting legal proceedings when necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or Law, with strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction contract technicalities.
At least 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator (preferred but not required), or equivalent relevant experience.
Skilled in contract interpretation, analysis, and documentation.
