Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Branch Operations Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant branches
- Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
- Identify operational weaknesses and ensure corrective action is implemented properly
- Ensure all branches execute company standards and systems consistently
- Lead and manage branch managers and operational leadership teams
- Build a culture of professionalism, ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Conduct weekly operations meetings with clear action plans and follow-through
- Ensure managers come prepared, organized, and accountable
- Coach underperforming managers and help strengthen leadership across branches
- Handle operational conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and maturity
- Ensure operational initiatives, company directives, and standards are properly executed across all stores
- Follow through aggressively on pending operational issues
- Improve communication and alignment between stores and head office
- Help create structure, discipline, and operational clarity across the organization
- Coordinate closely with kitchen leadership, HR, purchasing, inventory, finance, and admin teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure stores maintain strong floor presence, hospitality standards, and overall guest experience
- Ensure branches are operationally prepared for peak periods, weekends, promotions, and special occasions
- Maintain high presentation standards across dining rooms, kitchens, and service operations
- Help recruit, train, and develop strong operational talent
- Build rapport and credibility with both frontline staff and management
- Reinforce company culture and professional standards consistently across all branches
- Strong experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations
- Must have experience in an upscale or premium dining environment
- Proven ability to manage managers, not just frontline staff
- Naturally organized and operationally disciplined
- Strong follow-through and sense of urgency
- Comfortable making decisions and having difficult conversations
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
- Solutions-oriented, highly accountable, and operationally sharp
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
