ADP Industries Corporation is in search of a Top Notch Caliber National Sales Manager to lead the Company in its aggressive campaign towards further increasing market share nationwide of internationally well known fast moving branded consumer goods (FMCG).
The ideal candidate must have at least the following qualifications:
- Preferably graduates of Business or any related courses. MBA graduate/units earned will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years and/or equivalent successful experience and at the level of National Sales Manager preferably earned from established Distribution, Marketing & Trading Company dealing with fast moving branded consumer goods (FMCG)
- Results oriented, analytical, maturity of judgement & tenacity of handling stress with dynamic personality preferably in early to late 40's
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skill coupled with excellent oral & written communication ability and computer literate
- Must know how to drive and with valid Driver's License
The challenging position require at least the following responsibilities:
- Help develop & implement effective trade marketing programs & strategies to meet the company's sales objective/target
- Provide dynamic leadership to enhance effectiveness & responsibilities of the Sales Team
- Ready to travel in all Regions/Provinces & Key Cities Nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
- Help plan & execute trade marketing & sales program to successfully launch/re-launch existing and new products.
- Prepare regular sales update & other related reports for submission to the management on time.
