Application Engineer (Fresh Graduate/Junior)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Application Engineer to be part of the pioneer team to help support our newly registered branch in the Philippines!

• Perform application support on related assigned solution.
• Provide technical support to customers on product applications and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure user requirements are met and deployed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through the incident management system, proactively following up on reported issues.
• Develop reports, procedures, and plans associated with application development, and provide ongoing support and sustenance.
• Keep abreast of technology trends through participation in lectures, conferences, and trade publications, applying insights to enhance application development.
• Participate in the project implementation team to support system installation, configuration, upgrade, pre and post installation support activities.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal departments to support cross-functional collaboration.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in Web or Windows Gaming/ Graphics Development would be an added advantage.
• Have knowledge in C#.NET development and SQL Server.
• Familiar with either of the following skillsets/ areas TypeScript, XNA, React, JavaScript.
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Good attitude, hardworking and willing to learn.
• The job might require the candidate to travel locally and overseas.
• Able to work independently and sensitive to deadline.
• Experience in supporting gaming machines in Philippine casinos is an added advantage.
