Role Scope & Required Skills- The role is internally titled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) but is primarily Application Support in nature.
- Required skills include:
- Application Support experience
- Java (basic knowledge)
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow / Remedy)
- Basic monitoring exposure
- Full SRE scope or advanced automation is not required at this stage.
