SALES CONSULTANT

The Sales Consultant is expected to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the product offerings, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate sales and financing terms to close deals.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
