BPO Agent | Blended Customer Support | Up to ₱35K
About the role
We are seeking a BPO Agent specialising in Blended Customer Support to join our dynamic team at DIMO Enterprises & Overseas Placement Agency. This is a full-time position based in East Kamias, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a BPO Agent, you will be the critical point of contact between our clients and their customers, delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat and social media.This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, resolving queries and issues efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in the company database to ensure continuity of service
- Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer transactions and interactions to support quality assurance processes
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and service level agreements consistently
- Contribute to team targets and performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in training sessions and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support cross-functional team initiatives to continuously improve customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally across all channels
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software and relevant business applications
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Active listening skills and genuine empathy for customer concerns
- Flexibility and willingness to work shift schedules as required by business operations
- Basic numeracy skills for handling billing inquiries and payment processing where applicable
- Familiarity with blended communication channels (voice, email, chat, social media) is highly advantageous
- Certification in customer service or call centre operations would strengthen your application
