Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our growing operations team for a global industrial client. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable who are looking to build long-term experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (A/P):

• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices
• Prepare and execute payments to vendors
• Monitor and record company expenses
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and discrepancies

Accounts Receivable (A/R):

• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Record incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile accounts and ensure proper payment application
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and address customer billing issues

Credit and Collection:

• Conduct credit checks for new customers
• Monitor and set customer credit limits
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collection activities
• Prepare and maintain reports on receivables and collections

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with internal teams, customers, and vendors via email and phone
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willing to work onsite in Antipolo during night shifts

Preferred but Not Required:

• Outgoing and proactive personality
• Experience handling international accounts or working with global clients
