The Senior Manager, Digital Recruitment Marketing, will be pivotal in driving our digital recruitment strategy. This role will oversee all digital marketing activities related to recruitment, manage external resources, and ensure a consistent and engaging digital presence.

• Job Postings: Ensure all job postings on various platforms are current, compelling, and optimized for search engines.
• Social Media Posts: Develop and schedule regular posts to engage potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
• Job Boards: Maintain and update listings on job boards to maximize visibility and reach.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, including videos, graphics, and articles to enhance brand awareness.

• Outsourced Teams: Coordinate with video editors, copywriters, content producers, and social platform listeners to produce high-quality content.
• Agency Management: Ensure timely delivery and quality of work from external partners.
