Accounting staff perform daily financial tasks, ensuring accurate financial records by managing ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Process day-to-day accounting processes including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the standard compliance
Ensure adherence to local tax laws, VAT regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning models.
Provide insight into business performance through variance analysis, cost tracking, and trend identification.
Implement and monitor strong internal controls; coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with operations, procurement, and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management, preferably with a least one year of relevant experience
