Accounting & Admin Associate | AOX-114
POSITION SNAPSHOT:
- Day Shift & Full-time
- (Onsite set-up) Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions with bookkeeping experience
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports day-to-day finance and admin operations through high-volume data processing, system updates, record maintenance, and coordination tasks.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working on structured or repetitive tasks, and able to work independently while supporting an AU-based partner/team.
If you enjoy keeping things accurate, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes, this role may be a good fit for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Support day-to-day accounting and admin-related tasks
- Process and maintain finance-related records and data accurately
- Assist in updating invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and other financial documents
- Help maintain organized records and system files
- Perform data entry and system updates across accounting and operational platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and support partner requests when needed
- Monitor and follow up pending documents or finance-related requirements
- Assist with general administrative and reporting tasks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related courses
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of related experience
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially when handling data and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working with structured processes and admin/finance-related tasks
- Able to manage time and priorities effectively
- Proactive in clarifying unclear information or instructions
- Can work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Adaptable in learning and using different systems and tools
- Exposure to Xero or similar accounting systems is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
