SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring timely collection of receivables
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with experience in pharmaceutical industry (wholesale and retail).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- With valid driver’s license of 4 wheels DL Code B, B1, B2.
