Retail Sales Manager - Cebu
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our blood glucose monitoring devices through retail channels across the Philippines. This role will focus on expanding our presence in pharmacies, drugstores, and retail outlets, ensuring product visibility, building relationships with key retail partners, and achieving sales targets through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance:Achieve sales targets for blood glucose monitoring devices by identifying and securing new business opportunities within retail chains, pharmacies, drugstores, and other consumer health outlets.
Retail Account Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and store owners. Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores, as well as effective promotions and pricing strategies to drive sales.
Market Understanding:Stay informed on retail market trends, competitors, and consumer buying behavior. Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and inform the regional and country teams.
Product Promotion:Work closely with retail partners to organize in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sales campaigns. Provide training to retail staff on product features and benefits to help them effectively promote blood glucose monitoring devices to customers.
Sales Reporting:Monitor and track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular updates and reports to the Country Manager, including feedback on product performance in the retail market.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in retail or consumer healthcare sales. Experience in selling medical or health-related products in pharmacies or retail chains is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.
- Strong knowledge of the retail landscape in the Philippines, including key players, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good presentation and training skills, particularly in delivering product information to retail staff.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region to visit retail partners and stores.
